DISCLAIMER
RPR ART LTD aims for the website to always be up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. We also cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available, you will be contacted by email shortly after placing your order.
Due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on the RPR ART LTD website may differ from their actual colours. RPR ART LTD cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
PRICE CHANGES
RPR ART LTD reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
PAYMENT
RPR ART LTD accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Euro Card. Full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payments are made with our partner STRIPE. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept PayPal.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges will be added to your order. Please view the RPR ART LTD shipping rates for information on your specific shipping charge.
IMPORT DUTY
IMPORT DUTY EU & US
For orders shipped to the EU and the US, we send them with duty paid (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there are no extra charges for import duties or VAT upon delivery.
For orders shipped outside the UK, EU, and US, this may trigger a customs inspection, depending on the destination country’s regulations. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order. However, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or other charges, which are beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country. Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by your local customs authorities.
NON EU & US IMPORT DUTY
Please note that customers are always responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer who is responsible for payment of redelivery.
When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection, for which we always provide the correct paperwork. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
CURRENCIES
RPR ART LTD cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates that any bank may apply when exchanging EUR, USD, or GBP into any other currency.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
RPR ART LTD will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
DISCOUNT CODES
RPR ART LTD reserves the right to refuse discount codes on certain items as well as all sale items.
